You can invite members of your team to join your E1 account by heading to the Team tab under Settings.
Click the ‘Invite new team member’ button, and fill in your team member's details.


Your team member will receive an email with a link to join the account, and be prompted to setup their password.
Editing, re-sending access links and removing/deleting users
To edit user permissions, resend access links or remove a user, click the 3 dots in the right-hand column next to the user’s details you would like to edit.

If the user has historically existed on E1 then deleted, and you attempt to add them again, you may encounter the error message: “this email already has an outstanding invite. Or this user is already on your team”.
A support request is required to reinstate the user.
What to do if your team member doesn’t get their invitation
If your team member has any trouble finding the email in their inbox, ask them to check their Spam/Junk folder.

Alternatively, they can utilise the inbox search bar and look for "EstimateOne" or "E1".
