E1 subscription invoices are located in Settings - Invoices.
You can access all historical invoices, and see any outstanding invoices here too. If your billing contact is no longer correct, you can update this information at the bottom of the page.
⓵ Any overdue invoices will be displayed in the Outstanding Invoices section. If it’s empty, you’re up to date.
⓶ All historical invoices appear in the Paid Invoices section click on the View drop down menu and the invoice will appear in a new window, where you can print it or print to PDF for a local saved copy.
It’s important to make sure that your billing contacts are up to date, and you may have different people responsible for different subscriptions.
You can edit these at the bottom of the page under License Billing Contacts.
Click the ‘Update’ button, and then select the new contact from the drop down menu. If the new billing contact isn’t there, you’ll need to add them to your team.
