If you’re still looking to cancel your subscription, you can do so by heading to Settings - Licences. Click the three dots on the subscription line you wish to cancel and select ‘Cancel’.
Please note that only Administrator level users can view the Licenses tab and request a cancellation. If you are not an administrator, if you have a free licence, or if the account is overdue, you will not see the 3 dots and a member of our team will need to process the cancellation for you.
