Invoices
E1 subscription invoices are located in Settings - Invoices.
You can access historical invoices here to view and download.
When you click the Invoices tab, you’ll be presented with a list of invoices. Simply click the ‘View’ button, and the invoice will appear in a new tab, ready to save, print or download as a local file on your computer.
If the invoice you require is not on the download list, please reach out to our friendly team support@e1.network or 1300 705 035 and we can provide copies to you.
Billing Contacts
It’s important to make sure that your billing contacts are up to date, and you’ll find them at the bottom of the Invoice page. To amend the contact, please reach out to our team at support@e1.network or 1300 705 035
